About Gourmé! Records

Founded in 2007 by Adam Olson and Oscar Lundin for the release of Spoonforks debut album "All is well" and Prime Ape Got the Blues' first full length release "It's Not Easy Being A Digital Being". The albums, both released in the same month - May, 2008, were the first steps tords what now is an active, alive and breathing factory of ideas and future releases. Gourmé! was intended to be, and still is, a DIY label, were all artists manage themselves and their ventures, under the same umbrella - the label - whilst carrying their common coat of arms - the chainsawbaby. The growing group of musicians who recide under the Gourmé! roof are all friends, or friends of friends, or in some cases friends of friends of friends, which gives the label a sense of familarity and unity.
